From start to finish, the service was absolutely first class.They arrived exactly when they said they would and throughout the installation they were incredibly clean and tidy – sheets down, tools organised, and everything cleared away at the end. They took the time to explain everything clearly, from how the stove works to the best way to maintain it and get the most efficient burn. Chris has just installed my lovely new log burner with a medium oak beam and black hearth. It's stunning! Chris is such a nice guy, and has no problem explaining every stage of the install, as well as providing a really in depth lesson in how to use your new stove. I can honestly say it's the best money I've ever spent, and I'm actually looking forward to next winter 100% recommendation from me.
