When I had difficulty finding a HETAS approved installer to design and install a fireplace at my property for a reasonable price I spotted a gap in the market and embarked on a new career. 

 

I come from a background of customer service, working at height and management, combined with my ability to follow process and with an eye for detail, Cosy Times was born in August 2022.

I joined the HETAS scheme and completed the training and successfully passed and obtained my H003 and H006 certification. This started my journey into the world of installations and service of solid fuel appliances.

For me its all about the safety and quality without any compromises, when this is combined with a skilled team it ensures everything is completed to the highest standards.

All of the chimney installations that are carried out by Cosy Times have a stainless steel chimney liner installed, not only to make the stove as efficient as possible, this makes sure all of the particulates do not go into your property. The chimney liner is terminated with a cowl on the chimney pot and an adapter that connects to the stove pipe.

If you don't have a chimney we can install a Twin Wall chimney system where specialist pipes are installed at the property.

Its vital that your stove is safe. At Cosy Times we make sure all of the relevant tests are completed to commission the stove. You also get a DATA plate, commissioning sheet and HETAS certificate to comply with Building Regulations and make sure everything is safe.
